ANYONE ELSE WHO USES THIS SOFTWARE, IF EITHER:

1. You may use the program on a single computer at one time.
2. You may not make copies of the program for sale or distribution.
3. This program is protected by international copyright treaties and laws. 'Unautorized reproduction or
distribution of this program, or any portion of it, may result in severe civil and criminal penalties, and will
be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under the law.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL ASP, OR ITS MEMBERS,
OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, SUBSIDIARIES, OR PARENT
ORGANIZATIONS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR
PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RELATING TO THE USE OF PADGEN, FILES
CREATED USING PADGEN, OR YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH ASP. Some
jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of liability for
incidental or consequential damages, therefore the above limitation
may not apply to you.
